Cyberloafing Behavior: The Determinant Factors Related to Work Stress and Workload in The Banking Sector

Cyberloafing is a recent organizational behavior that arises due to easy access the internet, allowing employees use company-provided internet facilities for non-work-related activities. Previous researches have attempted identify variables influence cyberloafing, including work stress and workload. The purpose of this study was examine impact workload dimensions (psychological physical workload) on cyberloafing behavior, mediated by stress, within banking sector Malang City. This uses an explanatory quantitative approach with data collection methods through online questionnaires . responses 148 participants are analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. result shows does not significantly affect behavior. However, positive significant which in turn positively affects Work acts as mediator between employee city.
